The components of the interface have not changed drastically since then, but have rather been refined and more illustrations have been incorporated into menus that are very text heavy or where a bit more flavor helps.

Im surprised there isnt one (that still works) because I think Victorias mechanics can handle it in a way EU IV (which has been pushed as far as the 10,000th century) cant handle even the French Revolution or early industrialization. Do you placate the masses and anger the capitalist and aristocrats? Or do you continue a policy of favouring the rich? How do you approach turning an agrarian society into an industrialised one?
